Welcome to ECPAA

East County Performing Arts Association
501(c)(3) EIN #88-0859635

Launched in 2022, ECPAA is driven by a simple vision: “Community Transformed by Art.” We bridge the gap between theater producers and patrons through shared resources, promotion, and community-building. Beyond our own year-round season in Julian and its neighbors, we empower the regional arts scene by connecting artists and technicians with a community of patrons dedicated to seeing our entire region thrive.

Our Vision: A Community Transformed by Art

Our Mission: Connecting theatrical arts producers and patrons through shared resource development, production, promotion and community-building.

Our What: Our patron development and fundraising programs raise money throughout the year. ECPAA both produces shows and shares fundraising proceeds among member producers through fund distribution, as well as start-up grants to emerging companies.

Our How: ECPAA has adopted a comprehensive Production Standards policy based on the Chicago Theater Standards, viewable here.
